It’s a good idea to backup your computer, but how about your smartphone? If you send a lot of text messages, take photos on your phone, or have tons of apps, you may want to look into backing it up. Thankfully Gizmodo has a great roundup of backup techniques for most major smartphones.

Just because you don’t have a smart phone doesn’t mean you can’t access the internet. If you can send text messages, you can search Google with your phone.
Text your search query to 466453 (“Google” on most devices) and Google will text you back your results. You may receive multiple messages back, so beware if you have a limited texting plan.
