Saving Bookmarks to your Desktop
Sometimes you might need a reminder to visit a website again, but don’t necessarily want to add it to your bookmarks in your browser. A quick way to do this is to save a shortcut to the site on your desktop. Just go to the website, click and drag the Favicon to your desktop. The Favicon is the little icon/picture to the left of the web address (where it says http://…). Once you’ve gone back to the site, just delete the shortcut!
