Working long hours at a computer can take a toll on your body, causing problems like Repetitive strain injury (RSI). If you use a computer a lot, it’s important to take care of your body before the pain starts. Here are a few tips:
- Take frequent breaks
- Stretch and strengthen your arms and legs
- Alternate between using your keyboard and mouse
- Use a wrist support and possibly an ergonomic keyboard
- Learn to sit with good posture

Zipping files are a way of archiving and compressing your data. A ZIP file contains one or more files that have been compressed to reduce file size. Think of a very well packed suitcase, it’s much more efficient and smaller than a heap of clothes.
