As a student at Skidmore College, I studied painting and earned a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art. But the process of creation was what truly intrigued me. I explored the field of web design and development at the Web Services department at the University of Chicago and Siren Interactive before starting my own business in 2008.
Combining a rich background in the fine arts with a lifelong love of technology (plus more than ten years of experience in the field), I build websites that seamlessly integrate the visual with the functional. With every new project, I partner with my clients to create well-balanced online solutions that meet their needs and give their audiences what they want: fresh, beautiful websites that are user-friendly and unique.
I continually seek new opportunities for education, staying active in local networking groups like the Small Business Advocacy Council and national organizations like the Freelancers Union. I attend the Creative Freelancer Conference and An Event Apart and when I’m not at my computer, I enjoy sewing, craft-making, film and music.
